Where is the best place in nashville to get your cartilage pierced?

i dont want to do it at claires because i have heard bad things about that. Where should i go? The only piercing i have is my ear lobes, and im a little nervous about getting my cartilage, so i would kind of prefer somewhere with a light atmosphere. thank you in advance for all your help! also, does the needle hurt more than a gun? because i got my lobes pierced with a gun and that didnt hurt at all, but it always seems like a needle is more painful/slower? about how much would the earing/piercing combined cost?
