Does the herbal totally twisted make hair really curly?

okay my hair is wavy and i love how it looks but i have to change shampoo and conditioner and i heard about herbal totally twisted but if its gonna make my hair really curly i don't want it i just want it to help my waves and make my hair smell good and make my hair shiny is totally twisted worth buying or should i get garnier fructis wonder waves?
