Kapil Dev asks: Who is Fletcher?....Has he raised a valid point.......?

He says either Venkatesh Prasad or Robin Singh should have been the Indian coach rather than Fletcher who has not done anything extraordinary except England's Ashes triumph over Australia in the home series in 2005.
