Duncan Fletcher named India coach. Will he be as good as Kirsten? Comments?

If I remember correctly,Fletcher was the butt of many jokes & ridicule previous to leaving England.I never understood why,but he must look OK to India,so one would expect he will do the job OK.On the other hand,coaching in India is not an easy task as there are too many egos getting in the way.
