Will living in Oregon make my hair super frizzy (silly question, I know)?

Right now I live in Nevada, but I'll be graduating high school next year and I plan to attend the University of Oregon. I have frizzy hair already (in Nevada, where it's barely humid), and it's kind of wavy/curlyish but I straighten it nearly every day. I'm worried that since it's humid in Oregon, my hair will be a crazy frizzy mess. I know it's such a silly, vain thing to worry about, but it's honestly freaking me out! So, just wondering if I'm overreacting or if this is something I should be worried about. :)
