What should i wear for a night out?

me and my friend are going to downtown nashville for my 15th birthday. i am wearing a dress, sandals, and my hair curled. i really need some tips on good ways to keep my hair in curls for a while, without using sooo much hairspray. this is kind of a last minute question, so please nothing that i have to go out and buy. i already have gel and hairspray.. just the basic hair tools. i am painting my nails a nude color. i am also wearing make-up: eyeliner, mascara, eyeshadow and lip gloss. i have hazel eyes, so if you could specify a certain kind of color of eyeshadow it would be appreciated! any tips would be cool too. thanks and love you guys(:
