I have no idea what to wear the first day of sophmore year?

I'm going to be a sophmore, but when I go back to school I want to look good. I just got contacts, and I look different, so I want to make a good impression, sort of. I have longish (mid back) wavy brown hair, hazel eyes, I'm short (5'2" about) and I'm not exactly skinny, but not fat, I'm about a size 7 or 9 in pants. I have almost no money, so not anything super expensive. I like girly stuff, but also edgy stuff.
