Help with job application form?

Im applying for a job at T.G.I Friday's but the job application online is really long and im finding some of it hard, they are lots of blogs that some of their team members have written about working there and i have to choose one and say why i like but, i don't know what to put, i chose one about a girl called Selina Fletcher who is a waitress and really loves working there but i just don't know what to put or how to put it into words! they also ask about my work experience, qualifications & skills but ive never had a job before, so i dont know what to put for that either! im 18 and just left college so it would be great if could get a job there.
