Duncan Fletcher named India coach will he be any better than Gary Kirsten wat will he do for India?

Time will tell. As far as I know Duncan Fletcher he is a decent coach but hard to compare against Gary Kristen. I do not think, there will be another Gary Kristen like coach that Indians can look forward to, as he has set very high values in all forms - training, performance and has got the best from individual players. As long as Fletcher stays away from Media, I bet he will do good and only when India wins the series and ODI matches consistently. If he loses big profiled series such as against Australia and South Africa - he would be history. He has never been good with media and his critics will tear him apart specially in India. So he has to keep media to simple things and never get involved other than answering to the point and stay away from media attention. Gary did this wonderfully and gained more and more respect even from his critics.
