Cute hairstyles for brown hair-teen girl?

So I'm 14 and I have longish(well down to my chest) medium brown hair. I usually straighten it every day or every other day because I think it's frizzy and ugly natural. It's mostly wavy. I have like side bangs and layers but it's pretty boring. I want to get a haircut but I don't want to go to short.
